Rick Ross has spoken out on the gunplay incident that disrupted his Be Out Day event in Miami on Wednesday, insisting he won"t let the troubles disrupt his plans to hold similar get-togethers in the future. Ross tells Florida"s New Times, "I"ma do it every year. You gotta be a leader. You gotta stand for something and represent for something and that"s what the kids need to see. I feel like all the kids came and they left safe. Some dudes had a squabble on the side of the road, but other than that, all the kids got to see Rick Ross, Flo Rida, Brisco and we all had a good time." While some 15 shots were fired near the end of the program, no one was injured and the show went on as planned. No arrests have been made.
