First MTV"s TRL and now BET"s Rap City is getting the ax! The blogs and cable industry are buzzing about the latest developments on the cancellation of the hip hop staple. Times really are hard"THE RECESSION IS REAL! Word is Rap City"s last official show is on October 26th. There"s been a lot of talk over at Viacom, but now they are officially pulling the plug. My theories on Rap City"s downfall: Big Tigger bouncing"He may be a prancing dancer and corny as hell, but ever since Big Tigger left the show, it hasn"t been the same. Hate or Love it! Yo! MTV raps was major in Hip Hop, but ya gotta give Rap City props for carrying the torch.
